After 35 years of delivering high quality training in the craft of soul-making, in order to meet the needs of a changing world, we believe that counselling and psychotherapy are vital for transformation in troubled times.

Interpersonal Group Co-Facilitators, Counselling Diploma
The interpersonal group facilitators for our counselling diploma facilitate students’ interpersonal relationships and enable students to clear issues as they arise. Interpersonal groups are, by example and implicitly, a learning experience in terms of developing relating skills for individual counselling. Interpersonal groups are run in accordance with the house-style at Re-Vision.

Training Supervisors, Counselling Diploma
The key function of the training supervisor is to support students in the integration of their theoretical knowledge into the craft of counselling. The supervision groups are small (maximum 4 students), the first 3 groups (Oct –Dec) take place monthly and then the frequency increases to fortnightly to take account for increased demand as students start to work with clients.

Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall governance of Re-Vision, ensuring Re-Vision operates effectively, is viable as a business, is well managed and has clear aims, priorities and procedures. They seek to reflect the values of Re-Vision in the way they carry out their work. The operational model within Re-Vision values consultation, cooperation and a collegial approach.
The role is unpaid but trustees can attend our team retreat and winter weekend residential conference free of charge. We offer travel expenses and training for trustees.
